Acoustic Treatment: The LEDE Principle

For control rooms and mixing studios, we employ the LEDE (Live End, Dead End) principle or RFZ (Reflection Free Zone) design. The front half of the room is treated with deep broadband absorbers to kill first reflections, while the rear wall utilizes complex 2D or 3D quadratic diffusers.

This ensures the audio mixing engineer hears exactly what the studio monitors produce, without comb filtering or destructive room modes altering the bass.
